Come into the practice for your initial visit and follow-up appointments. In-person care is available when you prefer face-to-face visits, need an in-office examination, or simply feel more comfortable meeting in person.
Meet with us by secure video from anywhere in Wisconsin. Virtual visits can make care easier when distance, transportation, work, or scheduling make an office visit difficult.
Call 414-213-1505 and you'll speak directly with Deb, not a call center. New patients get a same-day call back. She'll talk with you about where you are and begin the initial screening.
We'll ask about your medical history, medications, and other substance use so Dr. H can determine whether this program is the right fit for you.
Your first visit can be in the office or virtual. Dr. H will meet with you personally, review your history, and determine the safest approach to treatment.
Dr. H talks with you personally about how and when to start, based on your situation, and you'll have his number for any questions along the way.
You have direct access to Deb by phone or text when questions or concerns come up. If something needs Dr. H's attention, she brings him into the conversation.
Everyone's starting point is different. At your first visit, Dr. H will discuss your treatment plan with you.
After the first few weeks, visits continue monthly. You'll see the same people who know your history and your treatment.
Your monthly visit includes your medication management and drug screening.
Virtual patients can complete their visits remotely, with any required in-person care scheduled at the appropriate time.
Virtual patients: Wisconsin law requires one in-person visit within six months of starting treatment. We'll help you schedule that at the right time.
This is a self-pay program. We do not bill insurance.
Initial visit: $150
Monthly visits: $150
Your monthly visit includes medication management and your drug screen, done at the office for in-person patients or with a kit mailed to virtual patients. There are no hidden program fees.
If Dr. H determines during your initial visit that this program isn't the right fit for you, your initial visit fee is refunded.
