Office hours: Scheduled visits and screens take place Thursdays and Fridays, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. You'll keep the same monthly time slot going forward, with a text reminder sent the Wednesday before. For anything else — questions, concerns, support — you can call or text Deb seven days a week. Calls and texts after 8 PM are returned first thing the next morning.

Pay for your visit

Choose whichever works best for you — no account needed for card payment, and Venmo/PayPal if you already use them. This is a self-pay program — we don't bill insurance.

$150 per visit — most patients need just one visit to get started, since stabilization support by phone is always included at no extra charge. Refunded on the spot if it turns out we're not the right fit for you. Monthly program fee after that: $150, which includes your monthly drug screen. In-office patients do their screen at the visit; virtual patients receive a screening kit by mail. Please include your name in the payment note so we can match it to your account.
